- No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping of any kind inside are strictly prohibited. This helps keep the Wildflower fresh, clean and welcoming for every guest. If this policy is broken there will be a $500 cleaning fee on top of loss of deposit and any damages resulting from this will be paid in full by the renter.
- No Unauthorized Guest, Parties or Events Only Registered guest included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund, a fine of $500 and any damages that occur.
- Treat the Wildflower Like Your Own Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and belongings. Report any damages, spills, or maintenance concerns immediately. Even small minor issues. Do not attempt to repair anything, Call us. Please do not move or remove items from the camper.
- Follow all Safety and Operating Instructions All camper systems must be operated according to the instructions provided. Never leave the awnings out during storms, high winds or while unattended. Even for a short period things can change fast. Renter is responsible for any damage to the awning during their reservation. No climbing or sitting on the roof. Please monitor your children at all times especially around steps and trailer hitch. We are not responsible for incidents that occur. Do not tamper with electrical, plumbing, propane, or safety equipment. Report any problems immediately, if in danger immediately vacate the camper,call 911 and call us!
- Follow the Checkout and Cleaning Instructions Guests must remove all trash, wash used dishes, and return all belongings to their designated locations. Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return, unless dump service was purchased. Failure to empty tanks will result in an $200 dump fee taken from your deposit. Excessive messes, missing items, or failure to follow checkout instructions could result in additional fees. We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming home away from home. These rules are in place to protect our camper, our guest, and the wonderful experiences still waiting to be made. Come Wonder round a while and make memories.
