- No smoking! Absolutely no smoking tobacco or marijuana in camper. Any smell of tobacco or marijuana will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
- No pets. Any pet hair or pet stains or damage from unauthorized pets will result in all cleaning/damages paid by renter. Amount to be determined.
- All tanks (fresh water tank, gray water tank, and black water tank) must be emptied before return! All the things you’ll need to empty tanks will be provided. Tanks not empty are subject to $1000 fee
- No more then the 1-6 occupants listed on reservation in camper at any given time. This is not a party trailer! Please be respectful of our property.
