- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) may be flushed. Absolutely no wet wipes, paper towels, or feminine products can go down the toilet to avoid a minimum $250 plumbing fee
- Renters are strictly prohibited from adjusting the leveling jacks, slide-outs, or utility hookups after setup. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit
- The rear ladder and roof are completely off-limits. Unauthorized access will result in a $500 fee plus the cost of any professional repairs
- The awnings must be fully retracted during any rain, high winds (over 15 mph), or whenever the RV is left unattended. Renters are 100% responsible for the full cost of replacement ($1500+)
- No extra overnight guests or parties. Exceeding the booking headcount overnight results in immediate eviction without refund, forfeiture of security deposit, and a $500 fee.
