- Minimum renter age of 25
- Strictly NO smoking, vaping, or drug use inside. Any trace of smoke odor results in automatic forfeiture of the full security deposit for professional deep cleaning and ionization.
- Retract awning overnight, when unattended, or in 15+ mph winds. Renters are 100% responsible for all awning damage, which can easily exceed $1,500 in repair costs.
- Only RV-safe toilet paper provided may be flushed. No wipes or trash. Tanks must be dumped before return, or a $150 fee applies unless the dumping add-on is pre-purchased.
- The roof and rear ladder are strictly for maintenance. Renters and guests are absolutely forbidden from climbing on the roof. No towing of any kind behind the trailer bumper.
- Strictly a pet-free trailer due to severe family allergies. Absolutely no music festivals or tailgating permitted. Return trailer "Camp Clean" with trash removed and swept.
