- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana. Evidence of smoking will result in cleaning fees, damage charges, and possible loss of deposit.
- Attendance at restricted events such as Burning Man is prohibited unless approved in writing. Unauthorized festival use may result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate repossession of the RV.
- The RV may only be driven on paved public roads. Driving on logging roads, beaches, forest roads, or other unpaved terrain is prohibited and may result in penalties and cleaning fees.
- Travel outside the United States is not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized travel into Canada, Mexico, or elsewhere may void insurance and result in loss of deposit.
- Use of the exterior awning is allowed at the renter’s risk. Any awning damage caused by weather, driving, or misuse is the renter’s responsibility and may exceed the security deposit.
