- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking or illegal activity in the RV. Smoking evidence may result in up to a $750 cleaning fee. Climbing on the roof is prohibited for safety reasons at all times.
- Return the RV clean and dump the septic tank before drop-off if towing or driving. Extra cleaning or dumping fees will apply if the unit is not properly serviced.
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. All renters must purchase insurance coverage, and claims must first go through personal auto insurance before backup coverage applies.
- RV rentals include limited free mileage. Any miles driven beyond the contracted amount will be charged at the agreed per-mile rate listed in the reservation terms.
- Burning Man trips are strictly prohibited because insurance will not cover the RV at that event. Early pickups or late returns may also result in extra fees if approved.
