So i guess i was their first rental. They were great. They were waiting at the time i requested and both super friendly. They brought out lawn chairs and we sat and enjoyed the camp as they hooked up everything and ran the AC. They had a manual for everything that they gave me and then walked me around for 20 mins as i held the manual page by page and saw how everything worked before they left.
