Overall 4 star just because the couch was broken. It was part of our planned sleeping situation, so that was a bummer. But everything else worked as it should and pick up and drop off were quick and flexible. This is not a privately owned unit, so there were no dishes, silverware, or bedding, which was fine for us as we bring our own.
