- Strictly No Smoking or Vaping: To keep the unit fresh for all guests, smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the RV. Any detection of smoke odor will result in a specialized deep-cleaning fee.
- Septic System Care: Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) may be flushed. Please do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or food scraps, as these will damage the sensitive plumbing & tank sensor
- Awnings and High Winds: Because the Amarillo and Palo Duro areas are prone to sudden high winds, awnings must be retracted when the RV is unattended or if wind speeds exceed 15 mph to prevent damage.
- For insurance and safety purposes, the unit will be leveled and stabilized by us upon delivery. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to move, tow, or adjust the stabilizers during their stay
- PLEASE NOTE: WEATHER CAN CHANGE BOOKING- Freezing weather may make changes to the booking. This is case by case decision.
