- Return Diesel, DEF, & Propane full. Fees: $50 (Diesel), $25 (Propane) + fuel costs. Used DEF jugs are $20/ea. Return all full to avoid engine/system issues. Save receipts for proof at drop-off!
- Waste tanks must be 0% empty at return ($150 penalty). Coach must be 'Tidy' (trash out, no dirty dishes). $100/hr fee for excessive cleaning, mud, or upholstery stains.
- No smoking/vaping ($500+ fee). Roof access strictly prohibited ($1000 fee). RV height is 13 ft. Renter is 100% responsible for all overhead damage.
- Engine/Gen OFF to operate slides. No awning use in winds >10mph. Do not leave slides out when away from coach. Renter liable for damage caused by improper system operation.
