This is an extremely nice, very well maintained, one owner travel trailer that includes EVERYTHING you'll need for an unforgettable camping experience! Bedding, towels, camp chairs, camp rug, fishing gear, and a weight distribution hitch for most vehicles. All kitchen and bath necessities such as toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, pots and pans!

My wife and I have raised 7 kids together as a blended family. We just recently welcomed our first grandchild! The one constant we have enjoyed has been the RV life. We have owned several different styles and sizes of RVs. Currently we own 3 and each has its own mission. We are happy to be able to share one as a rental and introduce new families to the RV camping life!

Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- RV interior must be left in an overall clean condition. Dishes must be washed and put away, countertops wiped down, and floors swept. We will sanitize and clean the shower, toilet and sinks.
- We expect road grime and will wash the exterior. If your trip requires you to pull through mud, we expect the RV to be washed of excess mud. There is a wash bay at the pickup site.
- All tanks must be flushed and drained upon return. $75 tank flush fee applies if not. Drop off location has a dump station.
- Interior and awning damage from neglect are not covered under the insurance policy. These items would come out of the security deposit.
- If your vehicle does not have an operational brake controller, we have one for rent. It is required that you either have one in your vehicle or rent ours.
