- Both tanks must be drained before returning. Failure to do so will result in a $100+ fee. Please wash all used dishes before returning. Dirty dishes in sink will result in a fee of $30+.
- Absolutely no smoking inside of the camper. A fee of $300 will be applied if there is evidence of indoor smoking.
- No dogs in the beds. We’d like to keep our mattresses and linens in great shape for our guests. There is a soft indoor dog crate available upon request.
- All garbage must be disposed of before returning. This includes all leftover food in the refrigerator and in the garbage can. Failure to empty will result in a cleaning fee of $30+.
- Awning must be reeled in each night and in the event of heavy rain and wind.

Disappointing and Misleading Experience
This rental was very deceiving. Before booking, I was promised in writing that the fresh water tank would be filled for our dry camping trip—but that didn’t happen, and Amanda later acted as if she hadn’t made that promise. The generator cost extra, but it only worked after another camper helped us find and reset it.
This renter is disgruntled by all of the fee’s from rv share that she signed and agreed to. That was her choice and not our fault. We went above and beyond to help her with an easy fix. She had stated she’d be dry camping but upon realizing how far the restrooms at her site were from her set up location, she no longer wanted to dry camp and used the toilet throughout her trip with no water.
