- No Smoking Smoking of any kind inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will apply if smoke is detected.
- No Festival or Tailgating Use This RV is not allowed at festivals or tailgating events. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
- Empty Tanks Before Return Black and gray tanks must be emptied and cleaned before returning. A $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit if not done.
- No Climbing on the Roof The roof is off-limits for safety and warranty reasons.
- Notify of Any Damage Accidents happen—please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.

Livia and Michael ensured our family of five had a great first RV experience. They were very communicative and helpful leading up to the day of the reservation. Michael explained how everything worked, did a thorough walk-through, and helped me get on the way. The RV was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bed linens, and towels. They also included camp chairs for the whole family.
