This RV turned out to be extremely disappointing. The generator worked for only one day and then failed for the remainder of the trip. Without the generator, there was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi service, or functioning appliances or electrical outlets. The bathroom door was defective, providing no privacy.
Steve hired a driver for the rental, I was in communication over 3 dozen separate times during the rental period helping and walking them through the process. After the RV was returned I immediately took it to the RV dealership to get checked out and to have any issues addresses. The dealership's professional determination was operator error.
This was a incredible experience for our family. The RV was VERY CLEAN and exactly as it shows + some. The owner took time to explain anything I was concerned about !
