It has an outdoor kitchen with full sink/faucet, refrigerator, freezer, cabinet space and a pull out Greystone outdoor cast iron griddle. It is very spacious and can easily sleep up to 9 people. It has a fresh water tank, a grey tank, and a black tank. There is a TV in it as well.

- The Trailer should be clean at pick up. A cleaning fee of $150-$500 will be taken out of deposit if left dirty
- Trailer toilets should be flushed with plenty of water and absolutely no baby wipes, feminine products, or regular toilet paper should ever be flushed. There will be plenty of RV toilet paper provided
- Black & Grey tank is your responsibility to empty. A $250 fee will be deducted from your deposit if it is not dumped prior to returning - If delivered, I will dump both tanks for no charge.
- Awning is not covered by insurance. Renter is 100% responsible for any and all damages.
- Pets will result in $100.00 cleaning fee

Josh was great to work with and was very accommodating!
Beautiful camper that had everything you need for an enjoyable camping trip. Great communication and the camper was nice, comfortable and clean. We had Joshua deliver for us and everything was great, despite us being late. So appreciated Joshua being flexible for us. We have been renting campers 1-3 times a year for the past 5 or 6 years (got old for tent camping).
Laura was a great renter and had the camper clean and in perfect condition upon pick up. Thank you for renting Laura and keep me in mind for any of your future camping needs please! :)
Renting a camper from Jash was the best experience! He was very quick in responding to questions and was extremely nice and very easy to work with. Drop-off was perfect.
