- Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return unless dump fee is paid. (Unless you want to be the one dealing with their Taco Bell aftermath.)
- Pets allowed only with prior approval and pet fee. (We love pets — we just don’t love pet hair in the A/C vents.)
- Do not climb on the roof or awning. (It’s not a jungle gym, it’s a $2,000 mistake.)
- Late returns without notice may result in a $50/hour fee. (We need time to prep for the next renter — just like you appreciated when you picked it up.)
