It began with a smell of mold. We went and got candles and spray and tried airing it out. We soon realized there had been major water damage to this RV. First night we didn't have hot water. she sent somebody the next morning and mysteriously it worked after he was under the trailer. Day 2 the smell continued to be so bad we stayed outside most of the day.
For accuracy and future renters, none of the issues mentioned here, mold smell, water damage, or needing to stay elsewhere, were ever reported during your stay. This RV is brand new, has never had water damage, and was rented the week prior with no complaints and received a 5 star review!
We loved every minute of our experience renting this camper! Rhoda’s communication was excellent and the gentleman that dropped it off was professional and kind. The camper was clean and beautiful! They had everything we needed in the camper and then some. We look forward to working with Rhoda again in the near future! Thank you!
