Communication was great. Was willing to drop and pick camper up and had it all set up upon my arrival. Camper seemed like it had not been open or used in months. Smelled stale and was dirty. Dead flies and spider webs. Only cleaning supply was a old container of cleaning wipes which was dry. Ran Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and then spent an hour cleaning . Swept, mopped, cleaned bathroom.
