- Dump black tank, hook hose up on camping side to flush black tank with valve open until water runs clear. After black tank is flushed then dump grey water tank.
- Good housekeeping. Take out trash, sweep/vacuum floors, put dirty linen into hamper.
- Roll in awning if wind picks up or if leaving the camper in attended In case wind picks up.
- If tanks aren’t dumped a dumping fee will be charged.

Poor Experience
Got charged a $400 dump fee. My family didn’t use any water, didn’t fill clean water and didn’t use the facilities in the RV. The campground facilities were nice and close. I got a picture of the gauges stating the tanks were empty at pickup. After I got the RV setup, the gauges read that all tanks were 2/3 full.
Hello Jake, thankfully the app requires drop off photos, along with departure photos for cases such as.
The pictures shared have dates/times on them for proof.
Before you picked up the camper all the tanks showed completely empty. Sometimes the black may show 1/3 full this is not uncommon as there is build up on the sensors. But before you picked up all were at empty.
Connor was accommodating, great communication and the camper was exactly as stated along with clean.
