We encountered last minute medical issues that created some hurdles and forced a change in destination. Ary was very patient and accommodating, adjusting his schedule to accommodate ours. He was very communicative throughout, helping put us at ease. I highly recommend him and look forward to doing business with him again in the future!
We rented this RV for 3 nights, and would consider renting it again. A few things: first off, Ary was highly attentive to communicating with me when things went wrong. I was so appreciative of his responses and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our experience was as good as possible. But, there were some things that didn't go as planned. Like the heater...

I will use your feedback and add more detail to the listing as you mentioned you’re used to tent camping and so may not be familiar with the overall components. Rest assured the furnace does work. And campers do need power for the outlets to perform especially when dry camping, Sorry if that was not clear.
Ary was awesome to work with. Easy communication and the equipment was well cared for. The RV was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely rent again!
