It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, large fire pit, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.

- NO Smoking/vaping OR incense inside rental OR under awning. - Forfeiture of security deposit
- Use of 1 propane tank is permitted with each rental. If 2nd tank is used, $10-30 Fee will be assessed.
- RV toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet - Failure to follow this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
