What a great experience throughout the entire rental process!!!
Rafal is awesome! He answered so many questions for me, even going so far as to test his generator to find out how loud it was and measure spaces inside the camper so I could figure out how and where a pack and play might fit. Rafal was incredibly flexible about lots of things, including times and terms. Just message him and ask, and he will absolutely work with you if he can.
This is a beautiful new trailer.
Rafal was a flexible and communicative host. He had moved the trailer to an easy spot for us to hitch up, and let us drop it off in the easiest spot for us. He had tested all the equipment to make sure things would go smoothly for our trip and he conducted a thorough walk thru when we arrived. Bedding, towels, soap, keurig coffee pods etc. were all provided.
