Unfortunate experience for sure and I do apologize. I do keep up on all maintenance but I don’t have a crystal ball to foresee a door latch malfunction. All RV’s come with their occasional issues at the campsite. All I can do is rent you the RV, I can’t guarantee the experience. ...
