Theresa was very quick to respond to any question we had. Great RV.
So we rented this unit to take to the beach for the week. This was my wife and I and our 3 teenage daughters. It checked off a lot of boxes on our list for things we wanted to have with the camper. It towed really well, it has multiple slides, so a lot of space, and 2 A/C units made a huge difference in staying cool.

The 12 volt refrigerators that run on electricity and propane do take a long while to get cool. This is something that we will do a better job of notifying our customer's about. I apologize that the water hose was not included and the propane tanks were not filled.
Theresa & Roda were great to work with. The negatives were, the largest awning was missing, there was a crack in the bathroom skylight,(covered with tape, but still a gap) the kitchen table area was falling apart, we did have a keurig, but NOT a fully equipped kitchen . (No plates, coffee cups, glasses, paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper).
