- The camper must be returned as clean as it was received otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee of no less than $75. You can purchase a prepay cleaning fee of $50 which covers you for no cleaning
- If your campsite does not have sewer at the site itself then you must purchase the black tank dump and backwash.
- No smoking of any kind and that includes vaping or hookah. If there is evidence of the kind you will forfeit your $500 deposit Plus any additional fee to deodorize.
- If you plan to take a pet you are required to purchase the pet cleaning fee.
