Our first time renting - communication with Aleen was excellent from the time that we booked until pickup. We couldn't have been happier with our decision and appreciated that there were zero surprises! This trailer comfortably fit our family of 5 (3 kids 10 and under) and made a few rainy days in the campground more enjoyable.
