I can provide a stationary rental at my house. It will include electric, water, septic, and WiFi with smart tv's (Hulu, Netflix, Philo, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, etc.). It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, large fire pit, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.

- No smoking/vaping or incense inside rental OR under awning. Forfeiture of security deposit.
- Pets are an additional fee. Forfeiture of security deposit if a pet comes that is not pre-paid for.
- Use of one propane tank is permitted with each rental. If second tank is used, $10-$30 fee will be assessed.
- RV Toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet. Failure to follow this rule will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
