- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID and approved rental agreement will be required with payment to complete booking.
- You will be required to have a short term renters insurance policy of provide proof of protection from your personal homeowners insurance.
- Pets are not preferred, but may be approved if $125 fee is paid and full responsibility for any pet damages are covered by renter. Owner has final say on approval, not all pets will be approved.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be allowed. Any presence of smoke smell or evidence found in camper will automatically forefit security deposit.
- Any damages in excess of security deposit or waiver will be the responsibility of the renter. See rental agreement for full rules and policies.
