Like new. Kid friendly. Great for a couple. Has outdoor grill and tv with a fridge. Has two electric fireplaces one in living room and one in bedroom. Fireplaces will heat the whole camper. Camper is a 4-season camper. Willing to deliver to Hurricane Impacted area in Western NC. Can be rented weekly by same person for up to a 6-month period but has to be rented on a weekly basis.

When and if camper is in bad weather conditions awning is to be rolled in and if not and damage is done renters are responsible for replacing/paying for awning. Owner will go over setup when camper is picked up from location or dropped off.
