Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs in Camper- evidence of this will result in a minimum fee of $250.00
- No more than 2 pets and No aggressive pets at all . If evidence of this rule is found out a minimum fee of $250 will be applied
- Pick up renters : There is a $75 late fee if the camper is not return by the agree upon time.

Sits on owners' private property, out in the country. We are 30mins west of Nashville, TN and just 10 mins from I-40 and I-840. Perfect if you need something close to Nashville to stay.
