BLUF: we would absolutely rent this camper again.
This was our first time renting an RV. Haytham very easy to work with. He also turned the refrigerator on in advance, so it was cold on our pick up and stocked with some bottled water. That was much appreciated. The trailer did everything we needed it to. Mattress was very comfortable.
