Would have rated 5* but Had some issues with generator/ac. She did send her mechanic out to see if he could fix the issue and communicated we'll with me about ir all. Overall a good experience though.
Sarmistha was very helpful and incredibly flexible with the drop off time. We would 100% work with Sarmistha again on our next adventure to Phoenix!
Sarmistha was amazing to work with and very responsive during the time we had the RV. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the pick up category is because she wasn’t very familiar with the functionality of the RV and her husband, who knew more about it, was out of town when we picked it up.
