- Renters must empty all trash, sweep floors, place all towels in the tub, and, wash all used dishes & silverware.
- Renters must notify the owners of any damage to the trailer.
- Any items found missing from the trailer upon return can be charged to the renters or the cost to replace withheld from the deposit.
When dry camping or camping where dump spots are not within reach there will be a $50.00 fee for us to dump the tanks.
