Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1. Please Return the RV in the same condition as it was rented. It must be cleaned, vacuumed, and all personal items removed upon delivery.
- 2. Please let owner know if anything was broken or lost. Any items broken or taken will be charged to renters credit card at current market price with additional $50 charge added for inconvenience.
- 3. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if RV is not cleaned appropriately.
- 4. Propane tanks must be returned full. A $50 inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the propane cost if not returned full.
- 5. A sewer dump fee of $100 will be charged if not done by renter.
