Seller charged extra fees post rental for delivery with zero upfront communication about it. Seller charged cleaning fees because linens were disturbed, not slept on. Only valid charge was for mud on stairs, but seller knew renter could not dispute charges post rental and chose to not say anything to me at all and just submit charges. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
We strive to be fair and transparent with every rental and would like to clarify the charges mentioned in this review.
The cleaning charge assessed was discounted by more than 50%, despite mud being stained into the permanent carpeted stairs. No additional charge was assessed for the linens; they were simply noted as not being properly removed as instructed in the checkout process.
