We had an excellent experience renting this camper. The RV arrived on time (even before we did). Chris’ friend came and helped us park and balance the camper, ensuring everything was perfectly set up. He also walked us through all the controls, including the awning and AC thermostat, and made sure we understood how everything worked.
Upon picking up, had to call/text the owner for hitch pin. Owner asked if I really needed one. I thought maybe there was maybe a communication issue here already at this point. Upon arrival, owner was not present until the hitch pin request and I had to wait 20 minutes for the owner to bring me one. During this interaction, the owner didn’t say more than a couple words and was quite introverted.
