- Absolutely under no circumstances smoking. Vaping outside permitted.
- No pets or children left unattended in the camper at any time. Pets must be crated when alone in the camper.
- Please, place used linen and any bedding used in a tote under the couch.

We have a parking spot for it at our home. Power, water, and septic are included here with the cost of the nightly rental. You will have parking for up to two vehicles.
This is not an incredibly scenic spot. But is an excellent value if you cannot get a spot at the local races or some other local event.
