- The renter must book one extra day at the campsite of their choice following their departure date to allow the removal of the RV the following day.
- The renter is fully responsible for any guests. The occupancy shall not exceed (4) four Adults (16+) and/or (4) four children (0-15), and the renter must follow campsite rules.
- Renter must have general knowledge of RV functions and features such as but not limited to motorized awning use, temperature controls, and refrigerator controls (not responsible for food spoilage).
- The renter must be available for orientation of the RV on their day of arrival. The renter must contact the owner with the arrival time.
