- The renter must book one extra day at the campsite of their choice following their departure date to allow the removal of the RV the following day.
- The renter is fully responsible for any and all guests. Occupancy shall not exceed (4) four people and the renter must follow campsite rules.
- Renter must have general knowledge of RV functions and features such as but not limited to motorized awning use, temperature controls, and refrigerator controls (not responsible for food spoilage).
- The renter must be available for orientation of the RV on their day of arrival. The renter must contact the owner with the arrival time.
Von Dutchess will be located at an RV Park of your choice within 75 miles of Pendleton, OR. The customer is responsible for acquiring the appropriate hook-up site at a park of their choice (50amp service/water & waste/45ft Length)
The Renter must confirm a campsite booking within 75 miles of Pendleton and provide booking info to the host for approval. The site must be rented for one day past the renter's departure date. For example, on a three-day RV weekend rental, arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday...
