- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, the entire $1,000 refundable security deposit will be forfeited.
- A maximum of 2 dogs, under 40 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. No cats are allowed. We do not require a pet deposit, but if pet hair, pee, or pop is found a cleaning fee of $75
- The RV should be returned cleaned, including the toilet, shower, sinks, floor swept, trash removed, and dishes washed. It should be returned the way you received it. However, we will wash the linens
- A $175 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if the RV is returned dirty. It should be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
