I can provide a stationary rental at my house. It will include electric, water, septic, and WiFi with smart tv's (Hulu, Netflix, Philo, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, etc.). It will be parked in my driveway. We have an acre of grass, large fire pit, sand box, trampoline, and an outdoor playground for young children.

- RV toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet - Failure to follow this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
- Pets are an additional fee - forfeiture of security deposit if pet comes that is not prepaid for.

Kimberly was so fantastic through the whole rental process from the booking to the delivery to the pickup! The camper was spotless, everything functioned perfectly, and was exactly a described.
