My husband and I have 2 beautiful boys. We also own a small car lot together. We discovered the RV life when we realized camping with young kids is not very enjoyable. We love the idea of people making memories in our trailer while we aren't using it.

- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE MOTORHOME We do not allow any festivals.
- If the motorhome is not returned with a full tank of gas you will be charged a $200 fee
- We do require a $200 beach cleaning fee. This includes detailing the outside and undercarriage of the coach.
- WE DO NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER ON ANY HOLIDAY. ALL SUNDAY PICK UPS MUST BE DONE AFTER 3. We are very close to our family and volunteer at our church. We appreciate your understanding!

What a great experience! Allix and Jon were very accommodating, provided all the up-front information we needed, and also responded promptly during the trip. The Welcome Wagon is perfect for a family getaway and had all the amenities we needed, while being much more modern than some of the dreary options out there. Highly recommend!
There rental was beautiful, and very clean. They always were available if we had any questions or concerns. Had a little bit of a mishap on the way home and they were completely understanding. Very kind people. Definitely recommend for families with kids older than the age of four. It was a fun experience for us all.
The rental process went very smoothly…
They were super nice and explained everything about their RV prior to us taking off. We took a trip to Big Bend, 500 Miles each way, and it was the most relaxing drive. The RV was spacious and handled very well on the road!
Truly had a 5-Star experience with this rental. Not only is the RV well-maintained, but well-stocked also . The pictures were true to reality and we had everything we needed to cook, sleep and shower. The little details down to nicely rolled towels and extra sheets demonstrated the owner's commitment to making our experience excellent.
Allix and Jon have a fabulous well maintained coach that we really enjoyed as our first experience with RV’s. They have every item you will need from DVDs for the kids to cleaning supplies to pots & pans and bedding. We had stuff we didn’t know we needed until we did. Communication was great. Highly recommend!
