- NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit is prohibited and your entire security deposit will be forfeited.
- NO DRUGS: Any evidence of drugs or use of illegal substance will forfeit your entire security deposit and reported to RVshare.
- ODORS/COOKING: Anything with a strong oder (i.e. fish, bacon, etc) not permitted inside unit. It is impossible to rid the unit of those smells. Addt'l cleaning fee will be charged if rule is broke.
- Septic Tanks: Must be emptied and valves left open, at end of rental. If you don't want to do this, we offer a prepaid dumping fee of $45.00
Given the size of our rig, please note this unit is available for deliver and set-up only. The renter is responsible for verifying that the camp site can accomodate the size of the unit, which must have 50 AMP service!
