Scott was very responsive, and pickup and drop-off were easy and smooth. However, the trailer had quite a few issues. There were ladybugs throughout the interior, and despite our efforts to clean them up, they kept coming back during the day. We also noticed a mouse inside the trailer.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the ladybugs and the mouse during your stay. While we strive to keep our camper clean and pest-free, we understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize. This is the first time we have had issues with pests in the camper.
