I had a terrible experience with this rental. The two men who dropped it off for me were over 5 hours late to our agreed upon time, completely throwing off my entire schedule. The RV was very run down, and the couch and the tables were peeling. I was all but ghosted about giving back the RV, all of my calls were ignored and texts went unanswered.
This was a terrible experience. From the reservations we were to have had the RV delivered to the stadium at 3:00 pm, it wasn't delivered unit 5:40 pm. Then when it was delivered the gentlemen who brought it, told us that there was no electricity on one side of the RV due to someone cutting the wires.
This unit is not advertised well. Photos are very outdated with several broken things. These are the questions I would ask before I booked this unit.
1. Is the overhead loft fixed? The mechanicals of the drop down are toast.
2. Is the AC fixed from leaking on the bed while running?
Is the fold out couch updated to have a structure to sleep on?
Is the leveling kit fixed?
We took this RV from Ohio to Modesto California and back again. It handled the hills fine and didnt try to run away with us going back down. It was a great way to travel.
Hadeel and Lidio are very pleasant and more than willing to make the rental as good as it can be. Lideo was very concerned about making any improvements to the coach to make it perfect. They were very accommodating as to pick up and drop off. The price was right for this unit. The coach has low miles and drove nicely on a long trip.
I have owned motorhomes for more than 30 years. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I walked a quarter mile to a portable toilet every morning and rode the shuttle to the public shower house , if that tells you anything. No sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths. No refrigerator, generator, water heater. Nothing worked! I lost a huge amount of food.
