A great rental experience from beginning to end!
Communication was top-notch throughout the rental process. Ronald was quick to answer any questions that I had both before and during our trip. Upon arrival, Ronald and Dorene gave us a complete tour of the inside and the outside of the RV and showed us where everything was and how to use it. They were both so kind!

We arrived to a perfectly set up campsite. It met our needs for the weekend and liked the versatility of bunk room. Ron was very responsive to all questions and thorough in explanations of RV use. They even left us some emergency rations just in case we ran short on food. We would book again with him.

I have to apologize for the dead bolt on front door not working from inside, I was supposed to fix that before we delivered, slipped my mind. 😞 the camper was supposed to be checked for the crock-pot, another slip of the mind. 😞 Thank you for the heads up on these items plus the others.
