- NOTE 2: Awning: Due to the number of damaged awnings, I've decided to disable the awning on my campers.
- NOTE 3: Please clean the camper prior to return. A $100 fee will be charged if the camper is not cleaned prior to return.

This was a dream stay! We were on our way from Florida and requested that the camper be set up ahead of time. Mike was so great at setting everything up and asking good questions to ensure that we were set. The camper itself was exactly as advertised! It was clean, well kept and perfect for what we needed it for!
