- No smoking allowed
- Please use only RV toilet tissue that will be well stocked in the bathroom. Please do not flush any trash or anything else in the RV toilet. Thank you very much
- Please no smoking inside the camper. If the inside smells of cigarettes after the rental, we will have to have it professionally cleaned before the next guest. This will cost 150 dollars
- We do ask that you bring your own linens including sheets, towels, pillows, etc. This helps us reduce costs and setup times.
- Pets are welcome. We understand accidents happen so if your pet isnt potty trained, please help by cleaning up any messes they make.

Stationary Rental
I can deliver to local campsites and have it set up for you. I ask for a $3.50 per mile delivery fee. This is basically just to cover the gas required to tow it to the destination, come back, then go back out there, and drive it back home. So if destination is 50 miles from me, the total would be 175 dollars. I will also set it up and break it down. No need to set up unless you want to. Happy camping!

I tow this camper with a Silverado 2500. But before this I had a Silverado 1500 and it towed it well. But of course, check your manufactures specs because frame/ brake damage can occur. Also, the integrated trailer brakes require the use of a trailer brake controller. Most 3/4 an...
