Ronald was great! This was my first time staying in an RV so there were a few things that I was unfamiliar with - but Ronald took his time to show me everything. Even a few days into my rental, I had to reach out to him to ask about the hot water, and he immediately responded and walked me through the process. It ended up being a great experience and I’ll definitely be doing it again!
