- The awning is not covered by your insurance and the cost to repair it is over $1000. Please bring in the awning each night and during storms to avoid any wind/storm damage.
- Glass cover stove top is NOT meant to cook or place hot objects on. It will shatter.
- Any type of smoker is not allowed and will lose the deposit.
- You're responsible for any damage that occurs during your renting experience. Inform the owner of any damage when it happens. You are responsible for the part cost and $50/hr labor.
- Toilet paper MUST NOT be flushed down the toilet! It will cause damage inside the septic tanks of the RV and you will lose your security deposit.

Alberto was fantastic to deal with. The RV was clean and in great shape with a nice cold AC and a warm hot shower. Exactly what we were looking for!

My daughter and I stayed in Alberto's RV for 10 days while we were at a horse show. We had the best time. The RV had plenty of room for the two of us. It was clean and had everything that we needed - Great shower with plenty of hot water, medium size refrigerator with plenty of room to store a week's worth of food, very comfortable mattresses.

This was a great experience, the RV was delivered on time, I had no problems whatsoever, nice space and definitely adequate for our needs. It was nice to have a door on the side of the unit that had the larger bed.
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this RV while attending a horse show at the World Equestrian Center. Alberto (the owner) was extremely responsive and helpful. The RV listing was accurate and the RV itself met all of our needs. Highly recommend!
