This is our second year renting from John and Kurtis and it was an equally amazing experience as the first year. Their communication is amazing, they are super helpful and they are available for any and all questions we may have had. The RV is so cute and has a cozy, homey feel. We are super grateful for such a great experience during our vacation. 10/10 recommend.
I rented the trailer fromand overall, the experience was good. Communication was smooth and the trailer matched what was agreed upon. However, I did notice that it could have been a bit cleaner when handed over — there were a few areas that needed attention before use. Other than that, everything worked well and the trip went smoothly.
John and his partner Kurtis were amazing! For starters, their communication prior to our arrival was great. They answered all questions thoroughly and within a timely manner. They delivered the unit to our campsite prior to our arrival and had it all set up with the a/c going so it was comfortable when we arrived.
John is an "awesome" RV owner to work with. He made our stay so simple ....They had "EVERYTHING" we needed and extra's too. And also provided snacks for us too. "AND" they left us with a beautiful "Wedding Card" (because we told him we were coming up for our honeymoon and then the camping trip to follow.....
The RV was delivered and all set up for us. Totally worth it. Communication was outstanding and we enjoyed our rental
We absolutely LOVED our rental experience with John and Kurtis. The RV is beautiful and clean. John was so communicative and prompt with responses to all of my questions. He provided lists and walked through any concerns we might have. The delivery and pickup was so smooth. Everything about this experience was great. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable!!10/10 recommend renting from them.
